FAQ

Questions

Is Krewdesk payroll?

No. It covers the shift, the signed contract, the approved hours, rates, bonuses, kilometres and expenses, and locks all of it into a payout period per person. The transfer itself is still made by you or your accountant.

Do our people have to install an app?

No. It is a web app built for the phone. They open a link, and can add it to the home screen if they want to. There is no app store step.

What about work that isn’t an event?

Log it as daily work — warehouse days, office hours, a load-out. It has its own hourly rate and counts as overhead, so it does not land on any single event’s margin.

Can we run more than one company on it?

Yes. Each company has its own roster, roles, rates, contract templates and settings, and data does not cross between them.

What language does it run in?

English and Slovenian. Both are fully translated, including the contracts and the wording of every status. Your staff and your office can use different ones.

How long does it take to get our roster in?

Send it before the call and we load it. You then see your own people, roles and rates during the walkthrough.

What does Slack do?

The hours check posts on its own. You approve one entry, or open the next event, in the thread. Krewdesk updates and replies with what changed.

Bring your roster. We’ll show you the week.
